‘Virgin River’ Season 5 Cast: Who’s in the Series?
Mel’s (Alexandra Breckenridge) high-risk pregnancy leaves no doubt that the protagonist continues to recur in new episodes, going through important changes, just like Jack (Martin Henderson).
In addition to the baby on the way, the two also end up having a wedding to plan. Doc and Hope, played by Tim Mattheson and Annette O’Toole, also return full-time in the new season.
The new episodes also reveal what happens to Preacher (Colin Lawrence) and Paige (Lexa Doig), who find themselves at a crossroads, as well as Brie (Zibby Allen) and Brady (Benjamin Hollingsworth).
According to information from TV Line, Melissa Montgomery (Barbara Pollard) should also remain in the fifth season, as well as Lizzie (Sarah Dugdale) and Denny (Kai Bradbury), who gain more prominence.
Mark Ghamine and Marco Grazzini as Cameron and Mike, respectively, are also present in the new year of the series, which should feature the catastrophic return of Charmaine, played by Lauren Hammersley.
One face that should be absent is that of actor Grayson Gurnsey, who plays Ricky, according to showrunner Patrick Sean Smith himself, who does not rule out seeing him moving forward in the Netflix series.
“I’m not going to say [you’ll have to wait until] Season 10, but he’s a fan favorite. Everyone loves him. We’ll probably see Ricky at some point down the road,” he told TV Line.
