Stevie Mitchell (Alan Ford), whose motives for coming to Walford have long been the subject of speculation, has a lot of explaining to do when his major secret is exposed.
The patriarch starts the week on good terms with his estranged clan, making it his mission to find out who stole the charity money. Suspecting Will, he confronts his grandson but a showdown ensues, with Stevie left motionless on the floor as Will flees!
Stevie is found in time and rushed to hospital as everyone gathers, fearing the worst. But a huge shock waits in store, with three new faces arrive in Albert Square, eager to seek him out.
The newcomers cause quite the stir and, soon enough, all is revealed with Teddy confirming that he’s Billy Mitchell’s (Perry Fenwick) brother!
How will Billy take the news?
How will Phil (Steve McFadden) cope with the knowledge that there’s a whole branch of the Mitchell family that he knew nothing about?
Elsewhere in the Square, Jean Slater (Gillian Wright) is jealous when Harvey Monroe (Ross Boatman) arranges to watch the England match with Maya (Bharti Patel) in The Vic instead of at No. 31 with her.

Maya, however, gets a headache, with Harvey suggesting that they go to the Slater house instead. Maya is extra nice to Jean and ultimately wins her round – that is, until Maya goes to make tea and takes quite a while doing so, with Jean subsequently heading into the kitchen to check on her.
The question is: just what will she find?
Much like Stevie, Maya has been the subject of a lot of theories, with fans convinced that he’s harbouring a big secret.
