Joan Collins looked as glam as ever as she posed with EastEnders’ Toby Alexander Smith on the set of their new movie.
The Dynasty legend turns 91 today (May 23) but she isn’t letting that slow her down as she shoots mystery Murder Between Friends. The film follows a legendary TV star who tries to solve a murder at her countryside estate, and former Albert Square favourite Toby also has a role.
He recently shared a snap from the set as he and Joan took a break from filming. Posted on Instagram, it showed the actress looking decades younger than her years in a cream-coloured top, wide-brimmed hat and earrings. She was leaning towards Toby as they both smiled for the sweet shot.
A second image showed Joan with Toby’s wife, Emmerdale’s Amy Walsh, and their daughter Bonnie. Amy was holding Bonnie, who looked thrilled as she peered at Joan.
“On set working with the truly wonderful @joancollinsdbe joined by my beautiful girls @amyvwalsh,” wrote Toby, who is best known for playing the character Gray Atkins in the BBC soap. “Even Bonnie was in awe!” he added.
Fans said the photo was “fabulous”, with many calling Joan an “icon”. “That is amazing!!!” exclaimed one fan, as another said it was “awesome”.

Joan recently shared a photo on Instagram showing the cast of crew of Murder Between Friends, after a shoot on location. The Image posted on Instagram showed them all gathered outside an impressive looking home in Prague, with Joan as chic as ever in cream trousers and a patterned blazer.
