EastEnders‘ Avani Nandra-Hart will face pressure from older boy Mason as they continue to see each other.
The soap recently introduced Mason, who at 18 is three years older than underage Avani.
Mason originally thought Avani was a university student, but when Barney Mitchell revealed the truth, although shocked, Mason continued his relationship with Avani.
In scenes set to air next week, Barney and Avani have a bit of a falling out at McKlunky’s. Teddy bails out of going for a drink with Sharon in order to look after his upset son.
Later on, Avani and Mason share a kiss at The Arches, but when he tells her he wants to go further, she leaves. She goes to Lily Slater and confides in her about what happened, and Lily tries to convince her not to sleep with him. Unbeknownst to both of them, Tommy Moon overhears everything.
Teddy invites Avani round to the house to hang out with Barney. They play video games together, but their fun is interrupted when mum Priya bursts in and demands to know what’s going on, having heard about Mason from Tommy.
